| system. This will help you prepare your staff and gather the information you need in order to best use the time we will spend with you at your store getting you up and running on your new system. All equipment is assembled and tested at our main facility in Kailua, Hawaii before it is ever brought to the installation site. All software is loaded and setup beforehand. When your system arrives along with your personal Systems Engineer, you will usually be ready to set up your system and begin loading real data within the first day or two. |

Training Options
POS Hawaii offers several different methods of training and we will work with you to help you decide which is best for you and your company.
- On Site - Whether at your office or your main store/restaurant, POS Hawaii offers onsite training to help you and your staff repare for your new system. POS Hawaii will setup a classroom style or real world retail setting to give you and your staff a hands on look at how your system will operate in your store or restaurant. - Off Site - POS Hawaii also offers training at our main headquarters in Kailua, HI. Everything you'll need is setup in our training room. We make sure that you are trained on the exact hardware that will be implemented in your store when you and your company "Go Live. In order to provide the most comprehensive training experience, POS Hawaii limits it's class sizes to 10 trainees per class. Click Here for an example of our off site training service.
- Virtual Web Training - Through the magic of Web Conferencing, we now offer virtual training as an option. This is an inexpensive yet effective way to train you and your staff on specific subject matters. We do not recommend virtual training for generalized "overview" training but rather for more targeted, department specific training needs. With no need for travel time or onsite trainers, virtual training saves you time and money.
- Training Manuals - POS Hawaii also offers a complete line of training manuals to help supplement your learning. Many companies train their management teams who in turn train their respective staffs, using our manuals as a guide.
- Video Library - POS Hawaii is currently developing a video library of training tutorials for our products. It is our goal to provide you with materials that you can use to "introduce" new employees to your Point of Sale system.
